Join us for a tower outing on Saturday 3rd March 2012 to the Thruxton area (just off the A303 before Andover).

The full itinerary for the day has now been finalised (see below) and includes visits to 5 churches in the area as well as a pub lunch. All the bells are relatively light and good going so they won't pose any problems. If you are interested in coming along please contact Alan Barsby.

We need to pre-book lunch so please email your menu choice to no later than Monday 27th February.

Notes

  • It takes about 50 minutes to reach Thruxton from Eversley via the M3 and A303.
  • The postcodes given are as stated on Dove's Guide - the one for Abbotts Ann takes you into a residential area very close to the church. There are coordinates shown on the accompanying map which should be more accurate. You will notice that there is not much time between each of the towers but they are no more than 8/9 minutes driving time apart so this should, hopefully, not cause a problem.
